Capital Fund: The Community Foundation has awarded us a $30,000 Challenge Grant to assist in extending City of Mishawaka water and sewer on the The Res. We need to raise the balance of funds needed to complete the project. We estimate we need to have a total of $100,000 to complete the project, so are looking to raise $70,000 to access the Community Foundation grant.
